In short

After delivery, the final technical and financial reports, indicator checks and evidence archive remain. Obligations concerning sustainability and document retention may continue after payment.

Where is the problem?

Closure is not the date of the last invoice. The agreed activities and results must be demonstrated, and the file must be able to withstand a later inspection.

How do we approach it?

  1. We compare completed activities with the agreement and approved amendments.
  2. We organise the final costs and supporting evidence.
  3. We check indicators and describe the achieved result.
  4. We leave a structured archive and a calendar of continuing obligations.

What should you check beforehand?

  • Are any payments or acceptance records outstanding?
  • Is every indicator supported by evidence?
  • What retention and sustainability periods apply under the particular agreement?

How we help

In the initial consultation, we review the idea and the specific procedure, where one exists. We do not promise approval — the aim is to establish eligibility, next steps and the main risks.
