2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the site stores in your browser. They let the site “remember” you — for example which language you chose or what is in your cart.
The rules governing them are in Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act, which implements Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC. Where a cookie leads to the processing of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies.

These cookies are essential for the site to work — without them the cart, the forms and the portal login cannot function. 4. Analytics cookies (only with consent)
Statistics help us understand how the site is used — which pages are opened, from which device, where the visit came from — so that we can improve it. These cookies are loaded ONLY if you press “Accept” in the banner. If you decline or make no choice, nothing analytical is loaded and no cookie is written.
We use Matomo installed on our own server. This is a deliberate choice: visit data stays with us, is not passed to any third party and does not leave the European Union. Matomo is configured without data sharing with other sites.

The IP address is truncated before being stored, so it cannot identify you. Visit data is kept for 13 months and then deleted.
