What happens if the month turns out busier

The price is fixed for your tier. One busy month does not change it, and there are no per-document fees.

If you are above your tier for two months in a row, we will call you and move you to the next one — from the following month onwards. No back-dated charges.

It works the other way round too: if you stay below your tier, we will offer you the cheaper one. Your dashboard shows how many documents you have submitted this month.

An alternative to the fixed subscription

Pay for the month you actually had

Three months a year at full tilt and quiet for the other nine? Then a fixed subscription makes you pay for the peaks in the months when there are none. Here the base fee is low and constant, and the surcharge only arrives when there is something to process.

documents for the month

A document is any invoice, receipt, bank statement or contract that gets posted to the books.

Three months from our own practice

It is exactly this difference between months that the floating price is for — so that you pay for the work you actually had, not for your busiest month.
