Frequently asked questions
Can the consultation be online?
Yes. Say so in the topic and we will send you a video-call link for the same slot.
What if I cannot make it?
Call or write at least 24 hours in advance — we will move the appointment at no extra charge.
Will I get a document for the payment?
Yes. If you ticked “I want an invoice” and filled in the company details, we issue an invoice; if not, a document for an individual. We send it by email within two working days.
